On my iMac, I went into System Preferences and removed the thunderbolt bridge from the list on the left; Then restarted the machine. I verified that i have the right FQDN and IP address. but it still We use the Belkin USB-C on all our thunderbolt 3 Macs and get speeds far in excess of the review people.
